Questions? Hope These Help
Can our pets watch the show?
Pets can be traumatized by the intrusion into their space. Please secure them away from the noise and confusion that is inevitable with parties. This is not just for Ravioli’s safety, but also for your guests.
Can we shoot pictures or video during the show?
Absolutely!! There will be lots of photo opportunities during the show! Ask your guests to bring their cameras, as you can’t easily multitask taking pictures while hosting the party at the same time. We’d love to see your photos as well! Share them with us on our Facebook page by clicking here!
What do we need to do to prepare for the show?
Indoor performances should be well lit. Also, it’s best not to have Ravioli in front of a window as the audience will be looking into the bright light. (Disregard this, of course, if you have drapes, shutters or blinds that will block the incoming light!) Ravioli can fit his show to your space. He does need a performance space of about four feet wide and about three feet from the wall. It is also best to move tables and chairs that might block the audience. Also, please secure any fragile or delicate items – Ravioli is not responsible for something broken by accident.
Should everyone watch the show?
Of course! Ravioli’s show entertains children of all ages! (Yes, adults . . . we know you are kids at heart!) With that said, Ravioli requests your undivided attention: Please turn off TVs and loud music during his show. If outdoors and you have a bounce house, please position Ravioli away from it. (Ideally, have the jumpy unplugged during the show.) Adults are asked to have their conversations in another location or Ravioli will make your conversation part of his show!
Can our guests eat during the show?
Ravioli’s show is highly interactive, and involves lots of fun and silliness. Ravioli would feel terrible if food or drink gets spilled – therefore, please make sure your guests eat and drink before or after the performance. It can be difficult to clap and cheer with your hands full!
Do you require a deposit to book a performance?
Yes. When booking your performance, Ravioli will let you know how much your deposit will be. The balance of your fees will be due on the day of the event. Checks can be made payable to Ravioli The Clown. Ravioli also loves cash and money orders. Sorry, we do not currently accept credit cards.
What forms of payment does Ravioli accept?
Ravioli loves green – cash is always welcome. You can also pay by money order or personal check, made payable to Ravioli The Clown. Please be advised, returned checks will be charged a returned check fee, and future performances may require cash or money order.
What if I need to cancel my event?
Ravioli respects that life happens, and things change. However, out of respect for Ravioli’s time, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations Less than 14 days before the event: Ravioli has likely turned away other event requests, because he had your spot saved for you. Since he may not be able book this time elsewhere, the full deposit will be forfeited. Extenuating circumstances will be addressed on a case by case basis.
- Cancellations More than 14 days before the event: Your deposit can be applied toward a future show, but cannot be refunded. You are welcome to book a future date with Ravioli.
